Slow Cooker Chili with Black Beans and Rice

Ingredients
2 cup Tomato Sauce 2 cup Beans, black 1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1 cup italian diced tomato (by ROBLIS13) 3 clove Garlic 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Condiments: Tobasco Sauce (McIlhenny) (by DEY101) 1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 1 teaspoon garlic powder One half teaspoon salt One half teaspoon pepper 2 tsp chili powder or to taste1/2 tsp cumin1 tsp Granulated Sugar Dash of cayenneDash of allspice20 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
Directions
Heat the olive oil in skillet. Add ground turkey and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper Cook until browned and well mixed. Transfer to slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients to the turkey. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Garnish with desired toppings such as shredded cheddar and sour cream. Serving Size: 6 servings
