Baked Artichoke Chicken Breast

1 can Artichoke Hearts (I prefer quartered but any cut is fine)1lbs chicken breast boneless skinless1/2cup parmesan cheese grated
Drain artichokes reserving about 1/4 cup of liquid. Pour liquid into baking dish. Place chicken in baking dish. Pour artichokes and Parmesan cheese over top of chicken. Bake at 350 for about 30-40 min or until chichen is cooked and no longer pink. Makes 4 servings.
