Turkey Chili w/ Lentils

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey1 package Chili Seasoning1 24oz can stewed tomatos1 8oz can tomato sauce1 Small package brown lentilsone onion choppedwater (to cover)
Directions
Soak lentils as directed. Brown ground turkey and add other ingredients. Cook until the lentils are tender.

I've tried with both brown lentils and pink, if you use pink do not soak, they turn into mush.

    I couldn't make this recipe because there are no instructions. I could try to fudge my way through it but what size package of lentils and how much water are we talking about? I'm sure it is very good but we need more info! - 4/1/08
