Veggie Omelet with Ham

Ingredients
2 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 4 oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Turkey Ham 56 gram(s) Cheddar Cheese: Sargento Classic Mild Cheddar Shredded
Directions
1. Cook onions, shrooms, & ham in a skillet until onions are translucent.
2. Add eggbeaters
3. quickly mix & stick in an oven @ 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or until eggbeaters are set.
4. Sprinkle with shredded cheese & cook (or broil) another couple minutes or until cheese is melted to your liking.
