Sugar free low carb FUDGE

8 square (1 oz) Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares 1.5 stick Butter, salted 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda) 8 serving Splenda Packet (1 serving = 1 packet) 0.25 cup Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar Free Syrup 16 oz Cream Cheese
Melt chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds and stir, another 30 seconds and stir, another 30 seconds until it is all melted, add butter and the rest of ingred. Mix with electric hand mixer, add more sweetener as you feel is needed. Scoop by tablespoons into mold, or dump in large pan. I put in freezer, then took out of molds and wrapped each candy individually then back in larger bag in freezer. Anytime I need something sweet I have "melt in your mouth" sugar free low carb fudge!
Serving Size: 36 pieces, I used 2 mold but you could put in a greased 9x11 and cut into small piece, any size you want.
