3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 0.50 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 0.75 cup xylitol 2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
Pre heat oven to 425
1. Seperate egg whites
2. beat egg whites until foamy
3. beat egg yolks
4. Add Yolk to egg whites and mix until well blended
5. Add Sweetener, cream, salt and vanilla
6. Spray your pie or casserole mold with cooking spray and pour mixture in
7. Cook on 425 for 10 minutes the reduce temperature to 325 and cook for another 30 minutes.
Take out and enjoy hot or wait for it to cool down.
