Ingredients
4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 4 tbsp Butter, salted 4 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved .5 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 cup Sour Cream 1 cup Salsa
Directions
Slice potatos 1/4 inch slices,lightly brush each side of slice with melted butter and bake for 30 mins or until light brown. sprinkle chopped bacon and shredded cheese , bake until cheese is melted. use sour cream and salsa for dips
