Ingredients
1 serving Our Family Greek Nonfat Yogurt Plain 8 oz Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese 1 serving Knox Gelatin (1 envelope) (by WOMYN42) 1/2 cup boiling waterLiquid Stevia/Sucralose sweetener to tasteVanilla flavoring (optional)
Directions
Soften cream cheese. Blend in greek yogurt. Dissolve 1 envelope gelatin in 1/2 cup boiling water, stirring well to completely dissolve. Blend dissolved gelatin into cream cheese/yogurt in small amounts at a time to thoroughly incorporate. Stir in liquid sweeteners to desired sweetness. Stir in vanilla if desired. Pour into 2 containers. Refrigerate 4 hrs or until firm.
