Stuffed Pepper Soup

Ingredients
16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 1.5 cups chopped Onions2 cups chopped Green Peppers4 cups Canned Tomatoes 4 cups Tomato Sauce 4 cups Water1 cup Brown Rice, long grain 2 Beef Bouillon cubes0.50 tsp Pepper, black 2 Tbsp packed Brown Sugar
Directions
Brown beef; drain. Add onions; cook and stir until softened. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cover & simmer 30-40 min until rice is tender.
