Tarragon Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps

7 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 28 grams Celery, raw 28 grams Carrots, raw 1 tsp Tarragon, ground 2 tbsp Walden Farms Amazin' Mayo (by LESLEY210) 1 tsp Pepper, black 56 grams Alfalfa sprouts 2 leaf, large Iceberg Lettuce (salad)
Chop a 7 oz cooked chicken breast into spall cubes. Chop celery, carrots and tarragon. Add amazin mayo and black pepper mix thoroughly. Then place clean alfalfa sprouts in each clean leaf & add the chicken salad into the leaves on top of the alfalfa sprouts. Roll it all up in the lettuce. Enjoy!
