1 cup Flour, white 1 tsp Baking Powder (heaping) .25 tsp Baking Soda 0.25 tsp Great Value Iodized Salt 2 tbsp Shortening, Crisco .38 cup Milk, 1% .3 tbsp (C) Vinegar, White
Combine dry ingredients and cut in shortening until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the "buttermilk" mixture and knead the dough gently a few times on a lightly floured counter. Roll to 1/2 " thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter. Bake on a lightly greased sheet for 10 minutes at 450.
