Mixed Warm Pasta & Salad

2 C. Mixed Baby Greens2 oz. Cooked Whole grain pasta (I like to use a larger pasta)2 T. Fat Free Sour Cream (you can use yogurt if you prefer)1 T. Parmesan Cheese (I like to use the full fat version for flavor)2 Baby Bella mushrooms slices
Boil the pasta - approx. 8-10 min. until al dente.
Place salad greens in a bowl and add sour cream, sliced mushrooms and parmesan cheese.
Spoon in pasta and then pour approx. 1/2 C. of the pasta water. It melts the cheese and makes a creamy sauce without adding anymore calories!
Stir and Enjoy!
