Provolone Chicken

Ingredients
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted 16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 0.50 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style 12 serving Cheese - Sargento Provolone (1 slice)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Pound chicken breasts with flat side of meat mallet until flattened to an even thickness.
Place seasoned bread crumbs on flat dish and press both sides of the chicken into the crumbs.
Place coated chicken pieces in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish then top with 3 slice of provolone cheese (I used 3 because sargento slices are very thin)
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden and crispy around the edges
