2 cans Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) (One drained, one with liquid)2 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Lemon juice 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Cumin seed 0.5 cup Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers
Drain one can of Chickpeas. Put everything except one or two of the peppers in Vitamix or blender and blend until creamy. Add the last of peppers and mix on low until just chopped.
