Banana bread tray bake - vegan

Ingredients
4 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 350 gram(s) Flour - Wholewheat 1 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 1 cup Sunflower Oil 2 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp cinnamon ground1/4 tsp nutmeg3 tsp baking powder1 tsp bicarbonate of sodaPinch salt
Directions
Preheat oven 180 degrees C
Grease tray
Mash/pur�e bananas with sugar in bowl
Add oil, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg to banana mixture
Mix well
Sieve remaining dry ingredients
Fold carefully but well
Pour mixture into baking tray
Bake for 30-40 minutes until cooked
Remove from tray and cool
