Lemon Garlic Shrimp and Rice

Ingredients
2 cups white reice12 oz shrimp (peeled and devained)4 cups chopped broccoli1 cup diced green peppers1 cup diced red peppers1/2 cup dice white onion3 cloves garlic1 lemon 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil2 tbsp white winebasilpepperitalian seasoning
Directions
Make the rice as normal but add in basil, pepper and italian seasonings when done cooking.
Saute garlic and onion in 1 tbsp olive oil until soft. Add in the peppers and broccoli and cook till al dente.
Add the other tbsp of olive oil and shrimp.
Add white wine and juice of 1/2 lemon.
Cook shrimp until done.
Scoop shrimp and veggie mixture over rice and serve with lemon wedge.
