slow cooker hamburger and potatoes

Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) can Tomato Sauce 1 can(10.5) can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 can(10.5) Beef stock, low sodium 3/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water28 0z Potatoes, diced1 medium Onion, sliced1 Green Pepper, diced 2 cup, chopped Carrots1 tsp Salt 1 cup, shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat 2 lbs. lean ground turkey
Directions
1. brown ground turkey in large skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally until brown;drain.
2. Mix tomato sauce and mushroom soup in medium bowl. Add broth and water.
3. Spray 5-6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. reserve 1 cup of the potatoes.
4. Gently mix turkey, remaining potatoes, carrots, salt and soup mixture in cooker.
5. Sprinkle with reserved cup potatoes; then add cheese.
6. Cover and cook on low heat setting 8-9 hours or until vegetables are tender.
