.50 cup Oats, Quaker 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 13.5 gram(s) Protein powder, Jillian Michaels whey protein Vanilla (1 scoop) 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground .12 tsp Nutmeg, ground .50 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
Cook oats with water as directed on container. Add over ripe banana, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and mix well. Any milk may be added if desired. Milk is not added in this recipe calories.
