Crockpot Apple Granola Cobbler

Ingredients
4 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple 1 cup Granola - homemade by Heather 1/2 cup Apple Juice, Great Value No Sugar Added
Directions
peel and core apples
cut apples into 8 wedges
cut each wedge into 4 pieces
place in crockpot with the granola and apple juice
Mix together
Cook on high for about 2-3 hours.

Serve with Coconut whipped topping (2 Tbls)
