Flaxseed Smoothie

2 Tbls. Flaxseed1 cup Nonfat Milk1 6 oz. Yoplait Light Yogurt1 Banana, frozen (cut in half before freezing)1 cup Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened1 cup Three Berry Mix, frozen (Costco)1 container (.5 cup) Dole Pineapple tidbits with 100% juice
Put flaxseed into blender and grind up. Then add milk and yogurt . Blend thoroughly. Then add each fruit and blend until smooth. Might take more or less time depending on your blender.
