Top Chef Corn Dog

1 can or bag corn1 cup flour2 cups corn meal, fine4 cups canola oil for frying 4 eggs1/2T baking powder1 pack hot hogs1 bag Bamboo skewers (8 inch)Flour for dustingSalt and pepper to tasteMustard Sauce:1 jar whole grain mustard1 jar Dijon mustard1/4 cup yellow mustard1/3 cup cider vinegar1/4T mustard powder2 cups water
In food processor, add corn and mix in flour and corn meal. Add mixed or beaten eggs with baking powder and mix. Preheat oil to 325 degrees. Cut hot dogs in half and take bamboo skewers and cut in half. Stick into cut end of hot dogs and toss in flour, salt and pepper. Place into batter and fry until golden brown.
Mustard Sauce:
In medium-sized bowl mix all ingredients together.
