Thai-Style Tilapia Fillets

Ingredients
6 Tilapia Loins 1/2 cup Coconut Milk6 almond Almonds 1/2 tsp ground Tumeric1 tsp lemon grass1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp red pepper flakessalt and pepper to taste
Directions
in a blender, combine the coconut milk, almonds, tumeric, lemon grass and salt. Process until smooth. Place fillets in a 9X13 pan. Sprinkle each side with salt and pepper and pour the the mixture over the top. Sprinkle red pepper flakes over the top. Cook in a 400 degree oven until cooked through. Approximately 15 minutes.
