Ingredients
240 grams Chinese Noodles, cellophane or long rice (mung beans) 300 grams Beef, tenderloin 2 bunch Broccoli, fresh 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 4 1tsp Sesame Oil 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce 2 clove Garlic
Directions
Mix wet ingredients, marinate beef for 4 hours, saute' vegetables and beef
