0.25 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style 24 tsp Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese 3 tsp Dressing - Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Dressing Mix (by PNICOLET1) 4 chop, excluding refuse (yield Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw
Spray glass pan with non stick cooking spray and preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix together parmesan cheese, ranch dressing and bread crumbs.
Coat pork chops in dry mixture, I usually wet the chop with water and shake off the excess to make the breading mix stick
Bake in oven approx 15-20 minutes depending on chop thickness.
