1 Can of Swanson, White Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in Water( 9.75oz. Can)1/2 cup of Carrots, Chopped1/2 cup of Celery, Chopped2 Tbsp. Dannon All Natural, Plain Non-fat Yogurt2 Tbsp. Light Miracle Whip1 Tbsp. Minced Onions1/4 tsp. Cumin1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
Combine All ingredients and Mix well. Chill and Serve.

This is a really good chicken salad. The wet and dry ingredients are well proportioned and it is well seasoned (but not too much). I doubled the recipe and used all the white meat from a rotissorie chicken. Then I put individual servings in 1/2 cup containers so I can grab and go. - 8/18/08
