Grilled Cheese with Avocado and Tomoto Sandwich

3 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 tbsp Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil 2 slices Brownsberry Oatnut Bread 1/4 Avocados (diced, smashed, or thinly sliced)1 tbsp Sargento Sharp Cheddar - reduced fat 2%
butter each slice of bread (on one side only)
Place one slice of bread in a heated pan.
Place cheese on the slice of bread that is in the pan.
Allow cheese to melt for just a few seconds.
Place tomatoe and avocado on melted cheese.
Place last slice of bread on top (butter side facing you).
Turn sandwich over and brown other side.
Serve.
Serving Size: 1 serving
