1 can pink salmon 1 Egg 0.25 cup dry Oatmeal .5 tbsp chopped Onions, raw .20 grams Jalapeno Peppers 0.25 tsp no salt seasoning
1. Mash the fish, leave the bones in very good for you
2 Add an egg for each can of salmon and combine well
3. Add the oats, seasoned salt, and the optional onion/jalapenos
4. Form into patty shapes
5. Heat oil on med high and brown patties on both sides
That's it can't get any easier..and I'm all about easy!
