Ingredients
3 serving JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE Sweet Lean Italian Turkey Sausage 3 cup Bulgur & Quinoa blend 1 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .25 cup Cider Vinegar 4 tsp Great Value Coarse Ground Mustard (by LSLOCUM1) 1.3 can (10.75 oz) Chicken Broth 1/2 cup Water
Directions
Brown sausage in frying pan (cutting off the link skin first), chopping into pieces. Add broth & water first, the quinoa and finish with all remaining ingredients. Cook on HIGH 2-21/2hrs.
