2 cup, flaked and pieces Blue Crab 4 cup Fat free half and half 3 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 oz Onion, sweet, raw 0.5 cup Tomato Paste 1 grams Portabella Mushrooms 0.25 tsp Chesapeake Bay Style Seasoning (Old Bay) (by MISSMM)
Saute the onion, red pepper and mushrooms in coconut oil over low heat. Slowly add the crab and the remaining ingredients until thoroughly heated. Do not boil. If you prefer thicker bisque, you can add more tomato paste or a tablespoon of arrow root mixed into water.
