GF lasagna

Ingredients
16 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 4 cup Sauce, Hunts, Cheese & Garlic, Spaghetti Sauce 4 cup, sliced Zucchini
Directions
Slice Zucchini lengthwise. Place on oiled pan and cook at 400 for about 20 minutes.
Mix cheeses and eggs.
Brown beef, add sauce and 1 cup water. Simmer 10 minutes. Layer-sauce, zucchini, cheese. Layer again. End with sauce. Cook covered 350 1 hour. Uncovered 10 minutes
