Ingredients
3 mashed ripe or overrripe bananas3/4 cup splenda for baking.5 cup applesauce, prreferable no added sugar.75 cup flour.25 cup whole wheat flour.5 tsp salt1.5 tsp baking soda
Directions
Makes 8 decent sized muffins for this nutritional info, or a small whole banana bread, which takes longer to cook, 50-60 minutes. 350° preheated oven.

Mix all dry ingredients, mix in all wet ingredients and bake in Pammed muffin tins, a cake pan, and cut into 8 portions, or a loaf pan. Cooking time will depend on pan. Also good with chocolate chips, but adds calories.
