.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Rosemary, dried 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
Directions
Dice potatoes
Add everything to skillet
Cook on Med-Low heat until crispy; stirring occasionally to keep from sticking to pan.
