Kim's Taco Ring

Ingredients
8 serving Crescent Roll - Reduced Fat (1 roll) 8 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck .5 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 8 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning 2 cup, shredded or chopped Iceberg Lettuce (salad) 1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 16 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 16 tbsp Salsa - Tostitos Mild Chunky Salsa 4 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning and a small amount of water. Simmer a couple of minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add shredded cheese. Stir. Lay out crescent rolls on a round stone with wide ends toward center and overlapping to form a circle. Add scoops of the meat mixture around inner part of crescent and pull pointed end over top of mixture and tuck under wide end. Some filling will show. Bake at 400 approximately 15-20 minutes until golden. Cut between crescents and serve with lettuce, tomato, onion, salsa and sour cream. Add cheese, if desired.
