16 oz Ground Beef (extra lean) 0.33 tbsp Omega Nutrition Organic Coconut Oil 2 serving Canned Tomatoe - 1/2 cup (by KUNZ8704) 6 oz Cream Cheese 10.5 tbsp Compliments Sour Cream 14% 3.5 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese 2 tbsp Epicure Nacho Cheese Dip Mix (dry powder)
Mix cream cheese and sour cream together with Epicure Nacho Cheese dip mix with mixer. Brown ground beef (I added epicure's Pueblo Bean seasoning) in coconut oil and add taco seasoning and tomatoes (I added Epicure's salsa to the tomatoes). Put meat mixture on the bottom of a 9 " casserole dish and then put cheese mixture on top. Grate the cheddar cheese and put on top of casserole. Put in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
