Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients
16 oz Pork Chops (center cut pork loin) 1 dash Pepper, black 3 tbsp Olive Oil 20 oz *Soup- Campbell's French Onion Soup 1 cup Brown Rice, long grain
Directions
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat oil in skillet over high heat. Brown pork chops on each side. just searing them. Add soup and rice to a 13x9 baking dish and stir to combine. Arrange browned pork chops on top of rice layer. Cover tightly with foil and bake.

Baking time 1 hour at 350 degrees.
