Mini Meatloaves

Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .75 cup Milk, 1% 1 cup Quaker Oatmeal-- Old Fashioned Quaker Oats .25 cup Onion - Raw, chopped (by RKAVR8) 8 oz Publix Lean Ground Beef 2 T. dried parsley1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. dried sage4 tbsp Stubb's Hickory Bourbon Barbecue Sauce (by ADAPTABLE_ELLEN)
Directions
Combine milk and eggs in bowl and stir in oatmeal, onion, parsley, salt, and sage. Add meat and mix thoroughly. Grease large muffin pan and portion meat mixture into each section. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until temperature registers 160 degrees. Spoon off any fat from mini meatloaves and brush tops with barbecue sauce. Leave in oven for 5 more minutes and serve.
