Chicken, Sausage & Shrimp Gumbo

Ingredients
6 tbsp Canola Oil 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 8 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 3 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 6 serving Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage 25 medium Shrimp, raw
Directions
Brown flour in oil. Add onion and garlic. Add file, and your preference of seasonings. Add broth. Let simmer, then add precooked chicken, sausage (I boil the sausage in water to remove as much grease as possible) and shrimp. Let simmer again until shrimp is done. Serve over rice.
