General Tso Chicken

Ingredients
.75 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon 1.5 tbsp Argo Cornstarch 2 tbsp La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium) 1 tbsp Forelli White Wine Vinegar (by MECEDB63) .5 tsp Ginger, ground 2 1tsp Coconut Oil 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp (C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp (by MDHARVILLE) .5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 16 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Raw (by LAURIE32)
Directions
Mix together broth, corn starch, soy sauce, vinegar and ginger in a bowl. Set to the side

Cook Onion, garlic and red pepper flakes for about 2 minutes.
Add chicken and cook until cooked through and brown.

Add broth mixture to the pan and simmer until thickened.
