Curried Autumn Soup

Ingredients
1 tbsp Curry powder 1 tbsp Olive Oil 3 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 2 cup Spaghetti Squash 1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 1 cup Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk Blend Unsweetened 3.5 cup campbell's no salt added chicken broth
Directions
warm oil, sauté onions, add broth and all but the almond milk and curry powder. Gentle boil until vegetables are soft. Pure soup and return to saucepan. Add almond milk and curry powder. Heat through.
