Cinnamon Walnut Banana Bread

3 small bananas mashed6 tsp celeb margarine melted0.75 cup of sugar1 tsp vanilla1 large egg1 tsp baking soda1 dash of salt2 tbsps cinnamon1.5 cups flour sifted1 cup chopped walnuts
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix mashed bananas and melted margarine until relatively smooth.
3. Add in sugar, vanilla and egg. Mix again until relatively smooth.
4. Add in baking soda and dash of salt. Mix again until relatively smooth.
5. Add in flour and mix again.
6. Add in walnuts and mix again.
7. Pour mixture into a parchment paper lined 4x8 inch loaf pan.
8. Bake for one hour.
9. Cool on wire rack.
10. Enjoy as a snack, dessert or for a quick breakfast.
Freezes GREAT too.
