Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

Ingredients
6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast 2/3 cup Dry Potato Flakes 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese 1 tsp. Garlic powder 1/3 cup Margarine
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Line a cookie sheet with foil and coat with non-stick cooking spray. Mix everything except butter in a shallow bowl. Pat chicken dry using paper towels. Dip in melted butter. Dip in dry mixture. Place on lined cookie sheet Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until juices run clear. Broil 4 in. from the heat for 3-5 minutes or until lightly browned.
