Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
Bars:2 cups dark brown sugar2 cup Libbys 100% pure pumpkin, canned 4 large eggs1 cup canola oil1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon2 cups unbleached all purpose flour Frosting:8 oz Philadelphia neufachtel cream cheese 8oz brick for recipes 1/2 cup Butter Flavor Crisco2 T 2% milk1 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray jelly roll pan with cooking spray. Mix bar ingredients in given order. Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes or until bars spring back. While bars are cooling mix frosting. Adjust flavor and consistency to taste. Spread on cooled bars.
This year I found the frosting not to my liking so added powdered sugar. Depending on the consistency of the frosting add 1-2 cups. I tried arrowroot powder but did not make the cut.
