2 cup Zucchini - Steamed or raw 2.5 cup Broccoli Cauliflower mix raw 48 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium 12 oz Beef - Flat Iron Steak (by SCHNELLD) 2 cup Emeril organic beef broth 1.75 cup Cannelloni beans Simple Truth 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
Directions
Brown beef. Sweat broccoli, cauliflower, sliced/diced celery, and zucchini. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 20 min.
