    1st time I ever made a smoothie and LOVED it :) I used 1 carton of yogurt (6oz) instead of a cup, added a banana, and did 1/4 cup milk with a 1/4 cup of oj. Drank 1/2 and put the other half in the freezer for a frozen snack later. - 5/8/10
