Ingredients
Directions
Lettuce, red leaf (salad mix)Blackberries, fresh, 1 cup Goat Cheese, Soft, 3 oz Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced Creamy Poppyseed Dressing
Such an easy, fresh salad.
I usually buy the prepackaged "spring mix" lettuce, but fresh spinach also works well.
Just toss the lettuce in a bowl; top with blackberries, finely chopped red onion and crumbled goat cheese.
Creamy Poppyseed Dressing works well with this, but you can also use a raspberry vinegarette.
Enjoy.
