4 ounces tilapia, or any other white fish. 1/2 cup salsa. Cooking spray
Thaw the tilapia or any other fish filet.
Spray a pie plate with cooking spray.
Place fish in plate. Dump 1/2 cup salsa on top.
Bake 350 degree, about 20 minutes or until done.
