Ingredients
4 serving Spray oil - Pam Olive Oil (.4sec spray) (by NEW_CHAPTER) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 500 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken 2 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes .25 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 1 tsp Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1.5 tbsp Paprika 1 tsp Caraway Seed 1 tbsp Parsley, dried .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .25 cup Sour Cream .5 cup Flour, white .5 cup Sour Cream 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Flour, white 1 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
Filling
-dice onion and sautéed
-add meat
-add tomatoes and peppers
-stir in the paprika and caraway seeds and parsley
-add water
-when cooked add 1/2 teaspoon paprika to intensify flavour
-Preheat oven 350

Sauce
-strain meat
-combine the strained sauce with 1/8 flour and 1/2 cup sour cream

Crepes
-combine eggs flour and milk
-whisk until smooth
-warm frying pan and ladle batter into pan...repeat

Spray casserole dish with Pam fill crepes and fold like a borrito place in pan...repeat. Pour sauce over crepes heat thoroughly.
