5 Minute Chopped Chickpea Salad

Ingredients
2 cup Chick Peas 1 medium Cucumber (peeled) 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 6 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 1 cup Parsley 2 lemon yields Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .25 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (by JULIE1933) 4 oz Athenos Feta Cheese
Directions
Chop all veggies and combine in large bowl. Season to taste.
Can be used as a side or salad on its own!
