Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb Italian Sausage, pork3 cups chopped Onions2 cups chopped Green Peppers3 - 4 oz cans Mushrooms4 cloves Garlic, crushed45 oz Ragu Traditional Spaghetti Sauce 3 cups Tomato Sauce 1 cup Water 4-14.5 oz cans Diced Tomatoes 1 tsp dried Oregano1 tsp black Pepper1 tsp dried leaf Thyme2 tbsp chopped fresh Basil
Directions
Brown sausage; drain well. Saute onions, peppers, mushrooms, and garlic in sausage until softened. Add remaining ingredients, using water to rinse cans into sauce. Bring to a boil; simmer, uncovered, while the pasta cooks. Serve over pasta.
