Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Caraway Seed 1 tbsp Flaxseed 1 oz (85 seeds) Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) 180 gram(s) Canderel Granular Low Calorie Sweetener (by BIG_SCOTS_LASS) 220 gram(s) Flour - Self Raising Flour Odlums (by GILLIAN2310) 180 gram Currants, Dried 40 grams Apricots, dried 1 tsp mixed spice (by SHIRHPP) 0.5 tbsp Bicarbonate of Soda (by LIZZY63)
Directions
Soak fruit in tea for minimum 2 hrs. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 1lb cake tin, 400oC / 15min
